FBW Group continues to strengthen its senior team while developing new talent across the organisation.
Over the past months the business has announced a series of key promotions and hires across its offices in Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda.
FBW continues to invest in the development of the architects and engineers who will deliver Africa’s vision of green, sustainable urban growth.

FBW group’s senior team has been strengthened by the appointment of Jackline Nakitto as MEP Project Lead in its Kampala office.
Senior architect MaryClare Gatome has also been appointed head of the architecture department in the group’s Nairobi operation.

Sam Kasagga – assistant engineer, Ugandan office
Okirya Eddie – assistant engineer, Ugandan office
Martin Kuzegera – assistant engineer, Ugandan office
- Administration:
Morrine Mudegu – Group HR officer / administrator, Kenyan office
And here are the new faces to the FBW team:
Rachel Kalebbo – MEP department, electrical engineer, Ugandan office
Edwin K. Rutto – MEP department, mechanical engineer, Kenyan office
MaryClare Gatome – architecture department, senior architect / head of department, Kenyan office
Justicia Kiconco – architecture department, senior graduate architect, Rwandan office
In addition, graduate architect Donald Luwaga has returned to the group’s Kampala operation.
