We are seeking highly experienced and passionate individuals to join our team for a full-time position of:  Senior Mechanical/Electrical Building Services Engineer – MEP Lead/Associate.

As a senior member of FBW’s management team based in Kampala, the MEP Lead /Associate will lead FBW’s in-house MEP team in the design and service delivery of MEP projects undertaken by the company and in managing the coordination and collaboration of the MEP team within FBW’s multi-disciplinary structure. The successful applicant will support the directors in the day-to-day office management as well as the commercial decision making, strategy, and future planning of the business in a client-facing role.

This is a senior leadership, Associate-level career appointment – Suitable applicants will be dynamic and self-motivated, professionally qualified and registered structural engineers, with strong technical, communication, and management skills required of a leadership role and a desire to lead the management oversight and development of FBW’s in-house MEP team.
