The establishment of FBW’s presence in Kenya gathers pace as the roll-out of services to its Kenyan Clients continues. Preliminary designs have recently been completed for the master planning for two new mixed-use developments in Nairobi – a prestigious 40,000m2 mixed-use residential and hotel development within the ambitious Migaa development on the outskirts of Nairobi; and a high-class mixed-use residential and commercial development covering 5 acres in Lower Kabete. FBW has also been providing specialized hospital planning services to the owner and design team for the newly expanded Metropolitan Hospital in Eastlands
