FBW, in association with Mechplan, have completed the MEP designs for the new Slipway Hotel in Dar es Salaam. The Electrical Engineering design incorporated lighting, small power, CCTV, fire-detection, lightening protection, multi-media, voice and data. The Mechanical Engineering and Public Health design featured above-ground drainage, domestic supply, ventilation, comfort cooling and firefighting.
