Our mixed-use development for Prime Excellent Ltd. has been nominated by the Kigali City Council as their model project for ‘Best Practice Project’ under the categories of Urban Integration; Corner Solution; Relation with the Public Realm; and Meeting Standards for Aesthetic and Functional Design Criteria. This mixed-use complex will add 9,000 m2 of office and retail space and has a unique facade of multi-coloured operable panels.
