FBW has recently completed the first design stages of Mara Oysterbay City, a major new development planned for the commercial capital of Tanzania. The masterplan and concepts for this prominent commercial development provides almost 300,000m2 of built space including a 355 bed 4-star hotel and conference centre, office park, retail mall, 250 bed hospital, and apartment complex covering the 24 acre site.
