DESCRIPTION
Phased redevelopment to provide a new 100 bed hospital to replace an exisiting hosptial destroyed in an earthquake. The design incorperated low-cost, low-tech design solutions to develop a model for constructing an earthquake resistant structure using local labour and locally available materials.
