DESCRIPTION
An existing three-storey building on Parliament Avenue - the former British High Commission - is being redeveloped into a state-of-the-art office block. Two light-weight steel storeys and a stairtower with a generous entrance lobby are being added to create an overall lettable space of 5,000m2.
