- Investigating the feasibility of client requirements and reporting on them;
- Undertaking site/building appraisals where appropriate;
- Assistance in development of client's brief;
- Advising on appointment of, and liaison with, other consultants as necessary;
- Advising on the need for statutory and other consents and preparing and taking part in discussions with statutory bodies/landlords where appropriate;
