The first building and a state-of-the-art bus park have been completed for the 70,000m2 Downtown Kigali commercial development in Rwanda. The design accommodates small-scale retail on the lower levels and office functions above and will also provide a large taxi and bus park. The bus and taxi Park has a capacity of over 40 buses and mini buses at one time and should open soon to serve the City of Kigali.
